Loose Dried Plums (Prunes): A Natural Treasure
Dried plums are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber, and are a natural source of energy thanks to the sugars they contain, which makes them an ideal snack between meals and for athletes.
In the kitchen, prunes feature in many recipes, savory as well as sweet: they pair excellently with meat and can be turned into a delicious sauce.
