Wheat Germ Oil for Hair and Skin

Wheat germ oil is extracted from the heart of the wheat grain by cold pressing. Many women use it for skin care, and it was once nicknamed "the oil of life". It is a source of vitamin E and vitamins B1, B2 and B5, as well as a number of minerals.
